Dr. Whitcomb's ministry has blessed me so much I can't even really explain it with words. His teaching has given me an amazing amount of confidence in the Word of God. I am prepared to explain my faith when asked. My faith is incredibly strong. My Lord is with me every single day. I stand as close to Him as I possibly can every day. I know that God's Word is true not by blind faith. But rather, by faith that is strongly supported by history, archaeology, anthropology, science (what's observable), and the history of the Church which started when Christ rose from the dead, appeared before the apostles and 5,000 men at one time, and His acension into heaven followed by sign miracles performed by the saints within a century. No one would have died for a man who died on a cross. But definitely would have died if they lived to see, to eat with, and to learn from the risen, resurected King of Kings, the Christ, the Son of Man, the Lamb of God, the Alpha & the Omega, the Creator and the Judge, the Lord of Hosts.
I wake up each day, dead to myself, dead in Christ, freed from my sins through His Blood, and allow Him in my heart so that Christ can live through me. I am sanctified by Him and by the Holy Spirit. I am love to others, Christ to others, because he lives in my heart and God is love.
I've surrendered everything. Because my hope is in heaven. And the Blessed Hope is returning to earth. A day that I long for and eagerly wait for.
If you haven't trusted in Him yet as your Lord and Saviour do it now. For today is the day of salvation. For His yoke is easy and His burden is light. And you will have perfect peace from then throughout eternity.
The alternative is hell which God originally prepared for the devil and the fallen angels. God gives us second chances and more in this life. But those who don't accept Him now and die. They will go through the second death. Spriritual death. And because they will not be found in the Lamb's book of life they will eventually be cast into the lake of fire. Forever, eternally separated from God.
Love Him... because He first loved you. He died on the cross so that your sins could be forgiven and so you could stand before a perfect, almighty, sovereign, and holy God.

I was a young Christian coverted from Hinduism when I first heard Dr Whitcombe preach at the Spurgeon's Tabernacle in London in the early 1980's. I have ever since since listened to many of his lectures on video, cassette tape and on sermon audio.com. My confidence in the Lord Jesus and His wonderful word the Bible has been strenghtened by Dr Whitcomb's faithful Bible teaching. His gracious God honouring preaching is a wonderful means of grace which compliments the preaching at my local fellowship. Although I am by persuasion an amillenium believer I still find Dr Whitcomb's teaching on Biblical prophecy edifying.

I have had the privilege of sitting under Dr. Whitcomb's teaching at Bible Conferences at Grace Seminary (in the 80's) and at various churches. The Lord sent me to hear his teaching and preaching as a part of growing me in the faith after many years living w/o Christ, and, having been trained at a anti-God, humanist university in matters of geology. The thing that most impacted me as a new believer listening to Dr. Whitcomb teach was not so much his wealth of knowledge about the Bible, original languages, and the like, but rather his humble spirit and his obvious love for the Lord Jesus Christ, and His written Word. Thank you, Dr. Whitcomb, and the Lord for using true servants. soli Deo gloria.

Dear Readers,
I recently attended Dr.Whitcomb's presentation on origins, dinosaurs, the Ark, etc. Even though I have quite a library defending the Biblical account, and have read many books by fine scientists such as Dr A.E. Wilder-Smith, Dr. Henry Morris, Dr. John Morris, Ken Ham, Dr. Jonathan Sarfati, etc., regarding the complete impossibility of life occuring by chance, it was still so insightful to actually hear a saint speak personally on such topics. Dr. Whitcomb's knowledge, gentleness, humor, and peace were so evident to all present at his lectures at Hardingville Bible Church. We soaked it up as rain in the latter days...
Evolution, to me, is "the lie", that will deceive many. If we could not believe "Beresheet bara Elohim" (in beginning, God), as literally true, there is no reason, in my opinion, to believe the rest of what God has to say either! What a comfort to KNOW we can believe every word of our Great Creator and Reedemer. Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, but it becomes so hard to have faith in this present age, due to the lie of Satan "Yea, hath God said?" being "verified" by "science"
Once that sinks in, one is almost sure to be lost! So even though faith is the evidence of things unseen, and even though all the great Patriarchs operated by faith (Hebrews 11:17 -31), they did not have to contend with this skillfully designed evil lie that is subverting millions - as it is INTENDED to do. For this reason I want to bless Dr. Whitcomb from my heart, and praise God who created him to such wonderful works so that we can strengthen our faith to put on the full armor of God. We are DEvolving, certainly. I am reminded of the adage that "we only use 10 % of our brains". This is always said in the context of, "when we evolve again, we will use more of it", or "if we open ourselves up to ancient (pagan) wisdom, THEN we will have more brain power." The truth is, we did "use" more of our brains and have more innate God-given knowledge - before the Flood! We've been spiralling downhill ever since.
The "faith of a child" does not require enormous brain power! Maybe that's why He gave us that example.Believe in Jesus because there is no REASON not to! The children in Jerusalem knew they were safe in His arms, and so can we.
Grace and peace to you all in the name of Yeshua, Jesus, our unimaginably powerful Creator and Sustainer, without whose sacrifice we would be lost.
